You will be asked to provide a credit card to hold your appointment.

24 hours is required for cancellation.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of your total appointment cost will be billed.

If you fail to show for your appointment, 100% of the total will be charged.

 

Please fast for 4-6 hours before appointment. This means water only, as eating will affect the quality of the analysis. No coffee! You may bring food and drinks to your appointment to eat after. Drink plenty of water, as a hydrated sample yields a better outcome.

Children are not encouraged to come with parents to adult appointments. Not because we don't love kids here, but because we are located in a spa setting with very thin walls! Of course, we are flexible so reach out if you have concerns!
