A credit card, debit card or PayPal is required to book your appointment, in order to hold the space. You will not be charged unless you no-show to your appointment or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. Payment on site is cash, credit, debit or e-transfer.

24 hours is required for cancellation.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or if you fail to show for your appointment, 100% of the total will be charged.

 

Please fast for 4-6 hours before appointment. This means water only, as eating will affect the quality of the analysis. No coffee! You may bring food and drinks to your appointment to eat after. Drink plenty of water, as a hydrated sample yields a better outcome.

Children are not encouraged to come with parents to adult appointments. Not because we don't love kids here, but because we are located in a spa setting and it can get very boring for the kids! Of course, we are flexible so reach out if you have concerns!
