A credit card, debit card or PayPal is required to book your appointment. You will not be charged here unless you no-show to your appointment or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.

24 hours is required for cancellation.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the method of payment you booked with will be charged 50% of the total. 

If you fail to show for your appointment, 100% of the total will be charged.

 

Please fast for 4-6 hours before appointment. This means water only, as eating will affect the outcome of the analysis. No coffee! You may bring food and drinks to your appointment to eat after.
